When hiring staff for our center, we search for people who genuinely care about the education and well-being of the children. Working at Precious Angels is not just a job, it is a profession. We look for people who are artistically creative and are willing to do "hands-on" activities while interacting with the children to help them learn social and cognitive skills for the future.

I am a wife to a terrific man, Doug, and a mother to two wonderful children Andrew and Hannah. I graduated from Keystone Oaks High School in 1987 and attended WVU and Duquesne University. My studies were in criminal justice and psychology. While in college, I worked with children at the Auberle Home for Children caring for troubled youth. I also did work with children through the Juvenile Probation system.
After working several years in the business world, my passion for children prompted me to open a childcare center in 2006. The center is very successful and I am optimistic as to its future and mine.

I was born in Pittsburgh and have lived in Moon Township since I was 3 years old. I am engaged to be married next year.
I have four younger brothers and sisters that I helped raise and I have always loved working with children. I started babysitting when I was 12 years old and at 15, taught dance classes. After high school, I attended college for one year and realized that I wanted to work with children full time. I was hired at a daycare in Moon as an Assistant Supervisor in the 2 year old room, working and potty training 24 two year olds.
I started working at Precious Angels in August 2010 in the 2 year old room and am now head teacher of the one year old room. I absolutely love the kids and their parents and the staff here is very helpful. I hope to spend many years here at Precious Angels.
